Thornbury Art Club are busy planning their annual summer exhibition.
Having had to host an online exhibition last year, the club is 'daring to hope' for a physical one this time around.
Dates have been provisionally booked for the end of July and beggining of August.
"We are embracing things with a new energy in preparation," said the club's chairperson Mary Drown.
"We so long for a return to normal times and to meet our viewing public again."
The club has just launched a virtual spring exhibition, and their Christmas exhibition is also still available to view.
"We would love people to go and view what we have been doing during lockdown," added Mary.
