Our readers nominated the top 15 takeaways in Cam and Dursley, Thornbury, Yate and Chipping Sodbury, and we’ve been profiling each of them so you can choose the Gazette Series Best Takeaway 2021 winner.

This week we’re showcasing venues in Yate and Chipping Sodbury and next up is Bad Boy Burgers based in Foundry Lane, Westerleigh.

The team at Bad boys Burgers celebrated their first Gazette win last year when they topped the poll for best burger in the area and are overjoyed to be in the top 15 for takeaway of the year.

Owner Troy Herbert said: “It has been amazing to be nominated.

“It makes us feel so proud and we would like to thank everyone who has voted for us.

“We have worked so hard over the past year to provide a new burger takeaway experience to Yate and it shows all our hard work has paid off.

The team stayed open throughout the lockdown and have built a huge fan base in the local area.

“To win the competition would be a great achievement.” Troy added.
