It will be another cold one in Gloucestershire today, with temperatures again in single figures.

It will be overcast for the most part and there is a risk of a light shower or too.

The weekend should be largely dry however.

The Met Office's forecast for the South West is as follows.

Friday: Sunny spells for some to start, with cloud elsewhere. Cloud becoming widespread from late morning with scattered heavy showers arriving too. Feeling chilly with light winds. Maximum temperature 11 °C.

Outlook for Saturday to Monday: Perhaps cloudy at times on Saturday with the risk of some rain. Sunny spells and showers on Sunday. Turning dry with plenty of sunshine on Monday. Feeling cold throughout.
