An investigation has been launched after police received reports that a teenager had been stabbed in Cam.
Police were called to Cam Sports Club, on Everlands, at 1.20pm this afternoon, Friday, and the 17-year-old victim has been taken to Southmead Hospital in Bristol with a suspected stomach wound.
Two 15-year-old boys have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and cordons are in place at the scene whilst officers conduct initial enquiries.
According to eyewitnesses, two people have been arrested. One is believed to have been arrested in Dursley town centre.
A spokeswoman for the air ambulance said: "Crews from Great Western Air Ambulance Charity are currently in attendance at an incident in Cam, Dursley involving a young male.
"A critical care doctor, specialist paramedic and trainee specialist paramedic received the call-out at 1.20pm this afternoon, responding by helicopter to reach the scene quickly.”

Cam Sports Club is home to Cam Cricket Club, Cam Bulldogs FC, Cam and Dursley Tennis Club and Berkeley League skittles teams.
