A Scandinavian-inspired show home has been unveiled at a new housing development in Falfield.
Linden Homes have released photos of a home at their Falfield Grange development at Heneage Farm.
The development off Moorslade Lane has proven controversial, with a number of residents registering objections and Linden Homes forced to defend a decision to cut down a hedge during bird nesting season.
The home embraces the Scandinavian trend for relaxed light and airy living.
Hannah Bracey from Andrew Henry Interiors sadi: “We’re delighted with the final look; the design is fresh and Nordic, it’s the perfect family home.
"We’ve used the popular colour blocking trend for painted finishes on the walls as an alternative to wallpaper and it looks fantastic, we hope it gives house hunters lots of inspiration for their new homes.”
Linden Homes sales and marketing director, Sue Scholfield, said: "It’s a beautiful, well-designed show home that creates a very relaxed atmosphere using natural materials and gorgeous fabrics.
"It makes you want to kick off your shoes and unwind with a cup of tea and it’s already proving very popular with visitors keen to make the most of the stamp duty holiday."
There are currently three, four and five bedroom homes available. To arrange an appointment to view the new four bedroom show home call 0117 453 1217 or visit lindenhomes.co.uk
