Police are appealing for help to locate a man who has been reported missing after leaving an address in Gloucester yesterday.

Colin Davis, aged 61, was last seen around 10am after he left an address in Stanway Road in the Coney Hill area on foot and was due to head to town.

However he did not show up for a planned meet-up with a family member and police are concerned for his welfare after his disappearance. He also does not have his phone on him.

Colin is described as a white man, is 6ft tall, of a medium build, with short grey hair and is unshaven. It is thought he is wearing a long-sleeved top and possibly wearing walking boots.

Colin is active with the possibility to walk long distances. He has links to Robinswood Hill and also Cinderford in the Forest of Dean.

His family and police have been searching for him and anyone who has seen Colin or knows where he may be is urged to call police on 101, quoting incident 274 of 25 April. If seen at the time of calling dial 999.
