Former Swindon Town footballer Shayne Bradley was jailed for stalking his ex-partner in Gloucester.

Bradley, 41, of Vinnings Warehouse, The Docks, Gloucester, repeatedly turned up at her address, made repeated telephone calls and sent abusive emails.

He admitted stalking the victim over a four month period, involving serious alarm or distress, and has been jailed for two-and-a-half years.

Sam Shepherd was jailed for six years for blackmailing two people he met on a dating website.

The 28-year-old admitted two charges of blackmail relating to victims in South Gloucestershire and Bristol.

Shepherd, of Kent Street, Portsmouth, would befriend his victims on a dating website and then threaten to release intimate details about them to their friends and family. He arranged to meet the victims and demanded they hand over large sums of money.

A 30-year-old Stroud man was sentenced to 22 months in jail for posting naked photographs of two women on social media.

Jake Ede of Bath Road, Rodborough, got hold of risque and explicit photos that the women had intended only their partners to see and put them on Snapchat and Instagram, Gloucester Crown Court was told.

Thirteen people, mainly from the Stroud and Dursley areas, were sentenced under Operation Glamorgan for conspiracy to supply cocaine.

The group appeared at Bristol Crown Court on Friday, April 23 and received a combined sentence of 52 years following a lengthy investigation by Gloucestershire police.

A man who robbed two fast food restaurants in Yate on consecutive days was jailed for six years.

Rudi Batten, 22, of Station Road, Yate stole cash from Miss Millie's and McDonald's while carrying an imitation firearm.
