A Yate woman has been banned from the road after being caught drink-driving.
Kirsty Robbins, of Summers Mead, has been disqualified from driving for 18 months after pleading guilty to the offence.
She had 87 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath after driving a Renault Clio on Badminton Road, Coalpit Heath, on October 11. The legal limit is 35.
The 49-year-old was also fined £275 and ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £34 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service after the case was heard at Bristol Magistrates' Court on Monday, November 8.
Her driving ban will be reduced by 18 weeks if a drink-drive rehabilitation course is completed.
