A warning has been sent to drivers in Gloucestershire as the cold weather is due back tonight.
Glos roads posted the following warning this morning on social media, coming a few days since Storm Arwen, snow and cold weather caused chaos on the weekend.
Good morning Gloucestershire, after a couple of days break the cold is back tonight. Our gritters will be out treating the network from 19:00. As always please drive with care and to the conditions.

Today:
Bright or sunny spells and some heavy and blustery showers throughout the day. Some of the showers will be mixed with hail, and they will be most frequent across Cornwall and Devon. Feeling cold in the strong and gusty wind. Maximum temperature 9 °C.
Tonight:
Showers this evening will fade away then it will be dry and clear for a time. Scattered showers return towards dawn, these possibly wintry over the highest parts of Dartmoor. Minimum temperature -1 °C.
Thursday:
Scattered showers at first on Thursday morning will become lighter and more isolated by midday. Clouding over from the west in the afternoon, with rain arriving for the evening. Maximum temperature 6 °C.
Outlook for Friday to Sunday:
Overnight rain clears before dawn Friday leaving a largely dry and bright day. Further rain Friday evening, then unsettled with a risk of gales Saturday. Sunshine and showers on Sunday.
