A shocking attack put a family in hospital after a driver rammed into them.

Shortly after 8pm on Tuesday, January 11, a man knocked on the door of a house on Moray Drive, Slough asking about a car sale.

Another man jumped out from a black Volkswagen Caddy van and started hitting the family’s car with a baseball bat.

Police said a woman, aged in her 30s, rushed outside and stood in front of the van to prevent the men from leaving while she called police.

Her two young daughters also came outside and stood with her. Her husband, aged in his 30s, then came out too.
