Jess Glynne's performance at Westonbirt this summer has been cancelled.

The singer-songwriter was due to close Westonbirt Arboretum's Forest Live programme on June 12.

With the gig unable to be rearranged, a new artist will be performing on this date instead.

A statement released by Forestry England said: "We are sorry to announce that, due to unforeseen circumstances, Jess Glynne’s concerts as part of Forest Live this summer have been cancelled.

"Customers for these performances will be contacted by their point of purchase with refund information.

"Unfortunately, these concerts cannot be rescheduled so Forestry England will be securing a new headline artist/s for these dates.

"We apologise for any inconvenience caused."

Rag'n'Bone Man, Keane and Madness are all appearing at Westonbirt Arboretum as part of Forest Live, on June 9, 10 and 11 respectively.

Forest Live concerts have been postponed for the last two years as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.

The summer events bring artists to forests around the country, with funds raised to ensure their long-term sustainability.
