Brrrrrrrr!!! It's felt like winter in Dursley yesterday (Thursday).

This was the scene in Dursley where there was a flurry of snow.

Many thanks to Elizabeth Oakley for these pictures.

The Met Office's website made no mention of snow in relation to Dursley yesterday or over the coming days.

It said the temperature would not pick up until around 9am this morning, when it will start to increase gradually.

Highs of 7 degrees are expected today with another similarly sunny but cold day.

The weather looks set to remain similar across the weekend with little chance of rain.
