A MAN has been charged with driving on the M5 near Wotton-under-Edge while over the drug limit.
The 31-year-old drove a Ford Transit on the M5 near Junction 13 southbound with 146 micrograms of benzoylecgonine per litre of blood in their system.
Benzoylecgonine is the main metabolite of cocaine.
The current limit for benzoylecgonine is 50 micrograms per litre of blood.
The man is also charged with driving without due care and attention.
