A MOTORIST has been ordered to pay £620 after driving without due care and attention in Thornbury High Street.
Benjamin Paull, aged 21 of North Road, Thornbury, drove a blue Citroen without due care and attention on August 13 last year in the high street.
This was contrary to the Road Traffic Act and the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988.
The case was proved at Bath Magistrates' Court on February 16.
Paull was fined £364 and must pay £146 plus £110 costs - a total of £620.
His driving licence was also endorsed with eight penalty points.
