A BUSINESS is celebrating being awarded the top food hygiene grade for the tenth year in a row.
For the 10th year in a row the Falcon Steakhouse, in Wotton-under-Edge, has been awarded five stars following a food hygiene inspection.
Landlord Andy Starling said: "It's a massive achievement and testament to the hard work of our amazing chef and kitchen team"
"It's always a bit of a shock when the rock up out of the blue, but we've always been confident in the way we go about our business.
"And those in the industry know how much goes into getting and retaining five stars."
Food hygiene grades are given on a score from 0-5, with five being the highest.
They reflect the hygiene standards which are found on the day of inspection by the local authority.
