YOUNG volunteers are being urged to come forward to help in a litter busting clean-up around a play area in Cam.
Youth charity The Door and Cam Parish Council have joined forces to offer a community volunteering session especially for young people.
They will be meeting at Woodfield Play Area on Hadley Road at 3.30pm on Monday, August 21 to litter pick around the area.
All equipment will be provided but volunteers should wear sensible clothing and bring their own gloves.
Noah Beard, community youth worker at The Door said: “It will give young people a chance to give back to the community and make a positive impact to their neighbourhoods.”
