A KEY route from Yate to Chipping Sodbury has reopened early.
Station Road in Yate was due to be closed day and night for two weeks to allow for “essential repairs” to the stone arch bridge by South Gloucestershire Council's street care team.
Starting on Monday, August 14, this road closure was due to be in place until Friday, August 25.
The roadworks have however finished a week early, meaning the road is now reopen.
