A 27-year-old woman has been banned from Saul Junction Marina after damaging a boat.
Cherry Price, aged 27, admitted damaging the boat’s side hatch costing £200 of damage on Christmas Day, 2021.
Price of Draycott, Cam, Dursley, also breached a restraining order by contacting a named man on December 24, 2021 and going to his address on December 25, 2021.
Price initially pleaded not guilty to all charges, but later changed her plea to guilty.
The case was heard at Cheltenham Magistrates' on Wednesday, August 16.
Price must pay £250 in compensation, a victim surcharge of £95 plus £500 in costs - a total of £845.
She has also been banned from Saul Junction Marina for 18 months and must attend rehabilitation appointments for up to 30 days.
She must not contact the named man until August 16, 2024.
