POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a teenager was threatened with a knife in Chipping Sodbury.

The 18-year-old victim was walking along an alleyway off Horse Street at 2pm on Friday, June 27 when he was approached by two men.

The victim was threatened with a knife and then punched.

A police spokesman said: "He was not seriously hurt and did not have anything stolen but was left shaken after the incident."

Two men were involved in the incident. One was described as a man of mixed race, and about 6ft 4ins tall. He was wearing a dark green hooded top and dark denim jeans with a white and dark coloured pattern on the pocket of the right leg.

The second man was white, 6ft 2ins tall, of thin build. He was wearing an orange or red coloured hooded top and had patterned markings on his jeans.
