TWO people from Dursley have been charged with causing suffering to a dog.
Kirsty Gerlach, aged 41, and Matthew Gerlach, aged 43, are both accused of failing to care for a black Labrador.
The pair, of Kingsdown, Dursley, were due to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on Monday, October 2.
They were released on unconditional bail.
The next hearing is due to take place on Thursday, November 2.
No pleas were entered.
