A MAN from Yate has been charged with indecent exposure and sexual activity in the presence of a child.
Jake Ryall, aged 29, of Home Orchard, Yate, allegedly indecently exposed himself at a named location in Yate on August 23 and September 8.
It is also the alleged incident in August took place in the presence of a child aged under 13.
Ryall pleaded not guilty to the two sexual offences at Bristol Magistrates on October 10.
The next hearing is due to take place on November 16.
