A MAN from a village near Thornbury has been sentenced after sending indecent texts to a police officer.
Alexander Irving, aged 35, of Woodend Lane, Hill, South Gloucestershire, indicated a guilty plea to sending offensive texts to a named PCSO.
The offence took place on October 25 last year.
The case was heard Bristol Magistrates' Court on October 16
Irving was ordered to pay £100 in compensation.
