THE YATE community stopped to remember those who have given their lives for their country today, Remembrance Sunday.
A Remembrance day parade and service took place on November 12.
At the parade, which began at 9.30am, attendees walked along Poole Court Drive, Home Orchard and onto Station Road.
A service at St Mary's Church then started at 10.00am.
Wreaths were then laid at the Lych Gate and Parnall Grave at 11.00am.
