Opening hours are Monday to Friday

6 to 11 pm,  Saturday 12 to 11 pm, Sunday closed.

This establishment has been open for 16 years and run by the same owner: Mr Fatih Yildirim who has been in the food industry for 20 years.

The main customer age group using the restaurant is about age thirty plus.  The busiest times are from Friday to Saturday generally after 7 pm.

Zest can accommodate over 70 people for gatherings such as parties and celebrations offering Food, Drink and Music.

Growing up Fahti’s parents owned a restaurant and he spent time helping them prepare food so he followed his passion of food through his life work to become a restaurateur.

Fahti is Turkish and has spent time developing and improving his grandmother’s recipes throughout his many years in the food industry.

This establishment is called Zest because it is easy to remember and sounds good overall as well as the fact it represents the zest of a lemon and orange skin giving the idea of flavour.
