A MAN from Yate has been banned from the road for repeat offending after being caught driving with no licence or insurance.
Daryl Nutt, aged 42, was caught without insurance or a licence while driving a Honda in Poole Court Drive, Yate on May 24.
The case was heard at Bath Magistrates Court on November 6.
Nutt, of Hatherley, Yate, was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending.
He was also given eight points on his licence.
He was fined £880 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £352 plus £90 in costs - a total of £1,322.
