A SEARCH for a new tenants to take over a traditional Cotswold pub near Lechlade has begun. 

Staff at pub operator and brewer Brakspear - which owns 150 pubs across the country - are currently looking for new occupants to run The Five Alls in Filkins.

The 18th century charming inn - which is near Cotswold Wildlife Park - has a large bar area, restaurant, garden and terrace at the front.

It also encompasses nine en suite letting rooms - four above the restaurant and five in the garden - for visitors to stay at.

Three further bedrooms and a kitchenette/lounge area are also available for staff.

A spokesperson for Brakspear said: "We seek a quality operator who understands the importance of running a village pub and being able to further develop a quality food and accommodation business. 

"Applicants must have or be able to apply for a personal licence.

"The minimum capital required is £35,500 and the fixtures & fittings are circa £38,000."
