A BOY aged 15 from Yate has appeared in court charged with assaulting a male.
The incident is alleged to have happened in Little Stoke Lane near Bradley Stoke on June 5.
The boy - who cannot be named for legal reasons - is charged with assault by beating.
Bristol Magistrates' Court heard the case on Wednesday.
No plea was entered and the boy will next appear at the same court on January 17.
