A MAN from a village near Thornbury has been charged with rape and sexual assault.
Lawrence Skuse, aged 20, of Vattingstone Lane, Alveston, was charged with two counts of sexual assault and one count of rape.
It is alleged that the incident took place on February 14 last year in Almondsbury.
The case was heard at Bristol Magistrates Court on Tuesday, November 28.
No plea was heard.
The case will next be heard at Bristol Crown Court on January 3 next year.
