A MAN from Yate faces a hefty court bill after being caught driving without insurance.
Jonathon Wallis, aged 28, was caught driving a Volkswagen Golf without third-party insurance on April 23 this year on Everside Close, Cam.
Wallis, of Milton Road, Yate, was fined £660, and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £264 plus £264 in costs - a total of £1,188.
The case was heard at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on November 21
Six points were also added to his licence.
