A MAN has been charged with stealing a £300 electric bike as well as an electric scooter from Yate train station.
James Branston, aged 37, is charged with two counts of theft following a hearing at Bristol Magistrates Court on November 28.
It is alleged Branston, now of HMP Bristol, Cambridge Road, Bishopston, Bristol, stole an electric bike worth £300 from the train station on November 8 last year.
On the same day, it is alleged he also stole an electric scooter.
No pleas were heard.
Another hearing will take place next Wednesday, December 20.
