A MAN has been arrested after a woman was allegedly kidnapped in Gloucester.
Police say a man forcefully put a woman into a waiting taxi and assaulted her during an incident in Lossiemouth Road, Kingsway on Wednesday, November 22
The vehicle then left the area and a man was arrested the following day.
He has been charged, remanded in custody and is due in court next month.
It is understood those involved are known to each other.
