A MAN from Chipping Sodbury has been banned from the road after he was caught drug driving.
Danny Jenkins, aged 31, of Green Hayes, Chipping Sodbury, was caught while driving a Land Rover in Down Road, Winterbourne on May 16 last year.
He was caught over the legal limit for 3.6 micrograms of tetrahydrocannabinol, a form of cannabis - the limit is two micrograms.
The case was heard at Bristol Magistrates Court on Monday, January 8, where Jenkins pleaded guilty.
He was fined £120 and ordered to pay £80 in costs - a total of £200.
He was also banned from driving for two years.
