A MAN faces a whopping fine after breaking a low speed limit.
James Read, aged 34, was caught breaking the 30mph limit on the A38 Quedgeley Bypass while driving a Volkswagen Golf on July 20, 2023.
The case was heard at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on March 12.
Gardiner, of Engine Common Lane, Yate, was fined £440 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £176 plus £90 in costs - a total of £706.
Five points were also added to his driving licence.
