A MAN from Dursley has been sentenced after assaulting a woman.
David Wilfort, aged 34, admitted assaulting the woman during an incident in Dursley on November 24 last year.
He pleaded guilty to one charge of assault during a hearing at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on Monday, March 25.
Wilfort, of Woodview Road, Dursley, was fined £40 and ordered to pay a £114 surcharge plus £85 in costs - a total of £239.
He was also ordered to take part in 20 days of rehabilitation activity.
