All lanes of a Blackburn road have now reopened, more than a week after a fire broke out at a major business park.
One lane reopened on April 8 and the council has today (April 15) announced that all closures have been lifted.
Preston Old Road is now “open as usual”.
A spokesperson for the council: “All lanes are now open on Preston Old Road near the main entrance to Witton Park.
“Traffic management and lane closures were in place in the area following the fire at Witton Business Park on April 6.
“Lancashire Fire and Rescue were on site at Witton Business Park following the fire at a commercial premises but all closures have now been lifted and the road is open as usual.”
