A MAN from Chipping Sodbury has been sentenced after stealing from his neighbour’s house.
Dean Browne, aged 45, of Lilliput Court, Chipping Sodbury, admitted stealing a wallet on August 19, 2023 from a neighbour who lives in the same street.
Browne pleaded guilty to burglary at Bristol Crown Court on Tuesday, April 23 where he was jailed for 12 months suspended for 18 months.
He was also ordered to complete up to 30 days of rehabilitation activity and to pay £250 in compensation plus a £187 surcharge - a total of £437.
