A WOMAN was left with minor injuries following a crash involving a car and a lorry on the A41 near Whitchurch on Wednesday (May 1).
The road between Grindley Brook and Bell o’ the’ Hill, in Cheshire, was closed for a number of hours in the afternoon after the RTC between a car and a lorry.
A spokesman for Cheshire Police confirmed that officers attended the scene where a woman was treated for minor injuries.

They said: “At 1.31pm on Wednesday, May 1, officers were called to reports of a collision on the A41 Chester Road.
“The incident involved a car and a lorry.
“The driver of the car is believed to have suffered minor injuries.

“The road was closed while the incident was dealt with but has since reopened.”
Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service firefighters were on the scene and were supported by Shropshire colleagues across the county border from Whitchurch and Prees.
A spokesman said: "Firefighters were called to a road traffic collision involving two vehicles. Crews used cutting equipment to get one person free from one of the vehicles.
"They were handed to the care of paramedics. Police closed the road in both directions while the incident was dealt with."
North Wales Ambulance Service confirmed a person was taken to hospital.
