POLICE HAVE released an update regarding travellers in the Yate area.
Officers say that ten caravans at a green space have now moved on, six days after notice was served on them by the council.
An Avon and Somerset Police spokesperson said: "Ten caravans involved in an unauthorised encampment on green space at Templar Road, Yate, moved on today, Wednesday, May 15.
"Notice to leave was served by South Gloucestershire Council on Thursday, May 9 with police and the council have been monitoring the situation.
