REGULARS and staff at a Chipping Sodbury pub have been celebrating winning a prestigious award.
The Horseshoe in Chipping Sodbury has won CAMRA Bristol and District Pub of the Year 2024 award.
This was voted on in secret and covers the areas of City of Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Weston super Mare, Bath and North east Somerset.
Landlords Matt and Jo Lewis said: “We are absolutely delighted to accept such a prestigious award on behalf of the Horseshoe from CAMRA, to be acknowledged and noticed of how passionate we are as a team has truly blown me away.
This was judged on a wide criteria including how well we keep our real ales, the welcome given to customers, the ambience and general facilities we offer.
The pub will now represent CAMRA Bristol and District going forward to the regionals.
