A COMPANY based in Yate faces a large court bill for not disclosing driver details to the police.
Bristol Uniforms Ltd, of Waverley Road, Yate, has been ordered to pay £1,014 after failing to give police the identity of a Ford Transit driver.
The case was heard at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on May 7 and was proved via the single justice procedure.
The business was fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £264 plus £90 in costs.
