A MAN from Minchinhampton has been fined after being caught driving on the hard shoulder of the M5.
Marcus Weaver, aged 22, of Vosper Croft, Minchinhampton, was caught driving a BMW 4 Series northbound near junction 11 on October 20 last year.
Weaver pleaded guilty at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on May 7 where four points were added to his licence.
He was also fined £129, ordered to pay a £51 surcharge plus £90 in costs - a total of £270.
