A drink-driver from Yate was way over the limit when he was breathalysed near his home.
Adam Turner, aged 27, gave a reading of 106 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath - more than three times the legal limit of 35 micrograms
He was caught near his home in Littledean, Yate on July 30.
Turner pleaded guilty to drink-driving at Bristol Magistrates Court on Monday
He was banned from driving for 25 months, which could be reduced by 190 days if he completes a course by January 22, 2026
The court also imposed 80 hours of unpaid work with £85 costs and a £114 surcharge - a total of just under £200.
