A SPEEDING BMW driver caught on the M4 must pay out nearly £400.
Melanie Billing, aged 35, of Normandy Drive, Yate, was caught in a BMW 530D M Sport on February 19.
She was travelling in a 50mph zone westbound on the M4 in Newport at 63mph between junctions 23A and 25.
The case was dealt with at Newport Magistrates Court on September 9 after the case was proved under the single justice procedure.
A £220 fine was imposed with an £88 surcharge and £90 costs - a total of £398.
Billing was also given three penalty points.
