A MAN has been found guilty of assaulting another man at a sports stadium in South Gloucestershire. 

Tony Hodge, aged 41, was found guilty of causing actual bodily harm at Oakland Park Stadium, Almondsbury, on April 2, 2024.

Hodge, of Rye Close, Bedminster Down, was sentenced at Bristol Magistrates' Court on June 9. 

He was handed a community order and instructed to complete 200 hours of unpaid work over the next 12 months.

He was ordered to pay £650 in costs, £200 in compensation and a £114 surcharge - a total of £964.
