A YATE man has admitted a string of offences including driving dangerously and being under the influence of drugs.
Nathan Batten, aged 24, of Cambrian Green Court, Wellington Road, appeared at court on Tuesday, October 28 and pleaded guilty to several offences which took place on July 22 in Alveston.
Batten pleaded guilty to five offences including failing to stop for a police officer, driving without a licence or insurance, and driving with cocaine, benzoylecgonine, and THC in his system, all above legal limits.
He also indicated guilty to dangerous driving.
All of the offences took place on The Swallows, The Street, Alveston.
The case was sent to Bristol Crown Court for sentencing.
He remains on unconditional bail and is subject to an interim driving disqualification until sentencing.
The sentencing hearing is due to take place at Bristol Crown Court, The Law Courts, Small Street, Bristol, on November 25, 2025
