HOW sad to see that nearly all the Bailey's shops are closing, I remember all the hours, miles and hard work I spent setting them up and running them the Bailey way, the good manageress that took over from me as I moved on to open others, Long St, Gloucester, Thornbury, Wotton-under-Edge, Berkeley, Nailsworth, Cricklade, Witney and lastly Stonehouse the old shop, not the new one, which I see is now a convenience store. I hope the Berkeley store will stay, but the Bailey name sadly will not, such a shame.
