VOLUNTEERS are needed to help plant primroses around Thornbury.
The work will be carried out as part of the town's campaign to win another award in the Britain in Bloom competition.
The Thornbury in Bloom team said it had a number of the cultivated, native flowers to be planted in public open spaces but needed suitable sites, as well as people to do the planting.
Anyone who would like to get involved should contact the team through the website www.thornburyinbloom.co.uk
