LAST weekend saw a strong line up at the University of Bristol 10 mile Time Trial on the local U7B course.
Racing in warm sun but with a strong breeze, club Dursley RC member Billy Oliver continued his great form to win with a time of 21.10 followed closely by Mike Davis (4th), who set a course personal best with 22.19.
Three Dursley RC riders took part in the Bath Hilly Time Trial, the latest round of the WTTA Hardriders series.
Simon Williams posted the fastest time with 1:01:57, which earned him 11th place.
Mike Davis came in second with a time of 1:02:38 (15th place) and Graeme Davis third in 1:04:14 (19th place).
This Thursday sees the start of the club’s Evening Series.
Competitors will meet at the lay-by, south of Berkeley Heath at 6pm ready to sign-on and start at 6.30pm.
