Yate Town Reserves 0 Henbury 5
Gloucestershire County League
HENBURY showed no mercy as they hammered five into the Yate Town Reserves net without reply. Aaron Anglin was the hero with a hat-trick for Henbury.
Anglin got the visitors off to a fine start on 15 minutes when he hooked a left footed volley into the Yate net.
He was allowed to turn in the box on 35 minutes for his second and then Scott Thomas made it 3-0 when he headed in from a corner.
The fourth Henbury goal on eighty minutes came from Reece Purnell who ghosted in to score from close range.
In the very last minute Anglin completed his hat-trick to give Henbury their fifth goal.
Yate Town Reserves now have to regroup quickly as they face a bottom-of-the-table showdown with Kingswood on Tuesday night.
