Meanwhile, down in Burton at the Gillingham and District Hardriders, Steve White represented Dursley Road Club whilst competing in the U303 Time Trial.

Golf SPRING is in the air at Cotswold Edge Golf Club and the aptly named Spring Cup saw a good entry and the return of the sunshine with the first men’s qualifier of the year.

The Par Bogey competition, where players compete against the course, was well supported with several under par scores being returned.

Sid Pratt carded five over followed by Ian Nurding, Steve Hacker and Charlie Gale who all finished at two over.

The Ladies competed in two Medals this week – the first being reduced to nine holes due to the weather.
